Refund policy

According to our 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to return an item purchased as part of an offer that included a gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition. Alternatively, you may choose to keep the gift, in which case your refund will be adjusted by deducting its value based on the promotional sale price. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure all items are in their original condition. 

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Returns will need to be sent to the address provided in the return email.

You will be responsible for returning shipping costs. If the value of the item you are sending is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, silk gift sets, underwear, and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
